In an unprecedented display of unity and support and a bid to spur the Moore youths to victory, the revered Moore Traditional Council has rallied behind Team Moore, urging the modern-day youths to emulate the ancient heroics of their progenitors.

As the most ancient traditional council in Ile-Ife's ancestral lineage, the Moore Traditional Council embodies the rich cultural heritage of not only the OOTU Ife ancestry but the entire Yoruba people. The council which is home to iconic figures and ancient traditional bastions including:

- Ejio, the traditional regent of the ancient traditional market and trade hub of Oja Ejigbomekun in ancient OOTU Ife

- Araba, custodian of Orunmila's legacy

- Obaluru, paterfamilias figure to Ejio ditto the entire council standing in the stead of the ancient Oranfe Onile ina (the most ancient deity of Yoruba legend) amongst other ancient bloodlines

The council's endorsement serves as a powerful motivation for Team Moore, competing in the OOTU Ife Championship 2025 urging the youths to channel the spirit of heroes past, Emulate the bravery, resilience, and unity that defined our ancestors and Make the entire council proud!"
